Community Art Processing Session for Artists and Makers
In response to what has been unfolding in Minnesota over the past few weeks, we are creating a space for artists and makers to come together to process, reflect, and connect through art.
This art-based community processing session - led by artist, Heidi Jeub - will offer time, materials, and support for creative expression. Participants will have access to a variety of art materials: collage, painting, drawing, etc. Each participant is encouraged to work in whatever medium feels most natural.
As we create, small groups will be invited to engage in gentle, prompt-led discussions focused on the challenges we’re facing and the hopes we’re holding for our community. There will also be an optional opportunity to share reflections with the larger group.
No prior art experience is required - just a willingness to show up, create, and be in community.
Tickets are a minimum of $5 per participant, and additional donations are warmly welcomed to support artist, Heidi Jeub.
Ages 14+
This opportunity is funded in part by Springboard for the Arts’ Artists Respond: Safety in Neighbors Program.
